GIS Analyst

A GIS Analyst uses spatial science data to prepare information for the construction industry. You might create plans, drawings, maps or charts for use by builders and developers. You’ll use spatial science equipment and technology to gather and collate required information.

GIS Analysts need to have excellent attention to detail. You’ll need to be able to work with technology and have a good head for figures. GIS Analysts usually work with other building industry professionals so you’ll need to be a strong communicator.
