This course is designed to fulfil all the primary needs and requirements for individuals who would like to kickstart their career in the Retail industry or those already working in retail wanting to up-skill or step up to a supervisory position.

After successful completion of selected units from our SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail, you will gain the knowledge and practical skills that will allow you to successfully:

  • Engage customers
  • Maintain daily store operations
  • Work effectively
  • Advise on products and services
  • Identify and respond to security risks

This course includes the following units of competency:

  • SIRXCOM002 Work effectively in a team
  • SIRRINV001 Receive and handle retail stock
  • SIRXSLS001 Sell to the retail customer
  • SIRXWHS002 Contribute to workplace health and safety
