It provides a structured approach to reflecting on personal perspectives, recognising the needs of colleagues and clients, and using appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication. It also equips learners with the ability to identify potential misunderstandings and respond appropriately in diverse workplace situations. This unit applies to all workers.
