Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification is aimed at developing specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level will gain knowledge to use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.
Students will learn and apply cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems. The Advanced Diploma of Management is structured to provide advanced management, workforce, customer service, and leadership skills to meet the challenges of managing in the demanding business sector.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Successful completion of BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management or other relevant qualification.
Students must provide evidence of one of the following levels of English proficiency:
- IELTS (academic or general version) - 6.0
- TOEFL paper based - 527
- TOEFL Internet based - 46
- PTE - 42
- OET - Pass
- Cambridge English: Advanced (Certificate in Advanced English) - 162
