Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Those undertaking the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management must have completed an Diploma qualification in one of the following disciplines (or be able to demonstrate equivalent competency):
- BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
- BSB50120 Diploma of Business
- BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management
- BSB50620 Diploma of Marketing and Communication
- BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management
Academic Requirements:
Students must have completed a Diploma qualification in one of the above disciplines or be able to demonstrate equivalent competency.
Students must have completed Year 12 (or equivalent).
English Requirements:
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Overall score 5.5, TOEFL (internet based) score 46, Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic score 42, TOEFL (paper based) score 527.
Age Requirements:
All students must be 18 years old and above.
