Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) Individuals at this level will develop the ability to use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. This program develops cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesize information from a variety of sources and transfer that knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.Delivery mode

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent version)
- Have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
- Must be 18 years of age or above.
- Successful completion of Year 12 or equivalent and/or above.
- IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. Additional requirements may apply.
