Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification would apply to those individuals who possess specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management. To an extent this qualification meets industry contexts with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, and use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information. The qualification possess creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others. The job titles in this qualification could be managing director, manager, department manager, chief executive officer, area manager, business development director, senior executive, and executive director.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- At least 2 years work experience in a related field OR
