You'll undertake advanced subjects that build on your bachelor’s study and focus heavily on research methods and techniques. This knowledge will prepare you to complete a substantial research project – the major component of your honours program.
Anthropology Major
This major examines the way cultural traditions continue and change over time. You'll study humans and the societies and cultures they live in to understand their beliefs and behaviours.
Under the guidance of a supervisor, you'll conduct independent research and prepare an honours research thesis. You'll also complete compulsory research seminars, which encourage you to think strategically about your thesis and how you'll translate your skills to the real world.
