Art History Major
Understand the evolving values of visual cultures by examining objects, paintings, sculptures, films and other creative media across cultures and through time. Seminars are run as intensive reading groups, examining different approaches such as heterochronicity, anachronism, durational art and performance, and the concept of 'Everywhen' in Indigenous art.

You'll also complete an honours research thesis on a topic relevant to your studies. This year-long project involves developing your topic, conducting in-depth research and analysis, and preparing a written thesis.
