Spanish Major
Spanish is a thriving international language and the official language in 21 countries. Close to 500 million people are Spanish native speakers, making the language second only to Mandarin Chinese in terms of its number of native speakers worldwide. Deakin’s Spanish studies will help you develop a wide range of communication skills in Spanish, regardless of whether you have any previous experience in the language. Our sequential proficiency levels will take you from scratch to fluency or near fluency.
