Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology

The qualification has been specifically developed to meet the needs of the automotive retail, service and repair industry. As part of their training, the trainee will perform a range of servicing tasks in the automotive retail, service and repair industry.

They will preform tasks including discussing problems with drivers/users to identify basic auto faults and carry out their own troubleshooting processes. They will inspect and service engines, cooling systems, brake systems, steering and suspension systems, drive shafts and final drive assemblies.
