This qualification is your gateway to a variety of entry level roles in the community sector. It targets the skills, knowledge and interpersonal qualities you need to work in person-centred, service-oriented settings.
The course concludes with a simulated work placement involving fundraising for a real community organisation. Graduates of this nationally accredited Certificate II can move into roles where they provide a first point of contact and/or directly assist individuals in meeting their immediate needs. At this level, people typically work under the direction of others, with both direct and indirect supervision.
