Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) Certificate II in EAL (Access) focuses on the development of English language speaking, listening, reading and writing skills together with electives selected to develop relevant knowledge and skills for simple everyday communication and community participation and to enable participants to move into further English language education or vocational training or a combination of both, or employment.
