Certificate II in Engineering Studies (VET Delivered to Secondary Students)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This scored VCE VET course is designed to introduce students to the theories and practices necessary to enhance their future studies and employment prospects in the engineering or engineering related industries. It introduces students to mechanical and thermal cutting, marking out, welding principles, fabrication, forming and shaping techniques, general machining, computing and computer-aided drafting, and workplace safety.
Requirement is that the student have Year 10 English & Maths.
This is a Scored VCE VET program.

- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Admission requirements are completion of BKSB assessment with an outcome of ACSF exit level 2 - working level 3, for both literacy and numeracy.
