Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of a skilled operator working with civil construction plant, who applies a broad range of skills in a varied work context, using some discretion and judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge. The individual may provide theoretical advice and support a team.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
All applicants must be employed in civil construction work and have access to all required equipment. Learners enrolling in the RII30820 Cert III in Civil Construction Plant Operations would be expected to have minimum LLN skills that align to Level 2 of the ACSF in order for them to successfully undertake the qualification. Learners with LLN skills at lower levels than those suggested will require additional support to successfully undertake the qualification.
Applicants must be aged 18 or above
To assist prospective students to determine if the course is suitable and appropriate for their individual needs, a Pre-training Review (PTR) will be conducted.
Successful completion of BCTA’s Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) test.
