Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Certificate III in Driving Operations qualification is for those looking to take on driving operation job roles within the Transport and Logistics Industry. The course is designed to educate students on the aspects of driving roles including legal responsibilities and obligations, principles of safe loading and securing cargo, industry-standards, accident and emergency procedures required of drivers, so they can have fulfil safe and confident driving career. Successful achievement of the licensing units within the qualification will enable students to upgrade to a heavy vehicle licence or higher-class licence, in line with NSW licensing and regulatory requirements.
Designed by industry leaders, the qualification covers an extensive range of elements to ensure drivers can confidently operate a heavy vehicle in all situations and environments including urban, regional, and long-haul routes.
