Certificate III in Individual Support
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability) qualification gives graduates the skills and knowledge to work as Personal Care Assistants (PCA) or Assistants in Nursing (AIN), providing personal care to the elderly and assistance with activities of daily living. Graduates will gain the minimum qualification to be able to work in residential care settings such as nursing homes, hostels, supported accommodation and private homes.
This qualification is considered the minimum industry standard to gain entry and employment in the Care industry. For existing workers, it is also the qualification staff need to maintain competency and remain in employment.
