Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Develop the core skills to work with older people in a range of care environments including; in home care and residential care. In these jobs, person-centred support is provided to older people meeting their individual needs. With no entry requirements or pre-requisites applicable to this course, there is no easier way to get started!
This qualification is considered the baseline standard for people entering the aged care sector. This course prepares you to engage with older people, understand their needs, communicate effectively and be able to perform the basic skills expected of a new care worker.
