Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individual support typically involves preparing individuals to work in the community and/or residential setting who follow an individualized plan to provide person-centered support.
This support may include daily personal care, maintaining well-being, and social and emotional support. The individual support worker may provide this assistance in various settings such as residential facilities, community care, or individuals' homes.
The qualification equips individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to empower clients to live Independently.
