Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course would suit students interested in employment or gaining formally recognised training in the retail sector, and provides a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings. Some of the skills covered include engaging customers, thorough knowledge of products and services offered, utilising discretion and judgment, working independently with limited supervision and working safely within the retail environment.
