Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Now is the time to up-skill your skills and knowledge with a SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail. In this course, you’ll learn how to provide customer care, deal with the public, use retail technology, provide product and service advice, and handle money. You will be able to pursue work in various retail store settings, such as speciality stores, supermarkets, department stores and retail fast food outlets and working at this level you may be responsible for supervising other team members and monitoring day-to-day workplace operations.
