Certificate III in Retail
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The retail industry in Australia is the largest employer of women and the second largest employer of men. Career prospects in the retail industry are unlimited for individuals who have excellent product knowledge combined with an ability to provide outstanding customer service.
This course will provide you with training and industry experience, and prepare you to undertake supervisory roles in a variety of retail settings. This course will broaden and deepen existing retail knowledge and expertise, upon completion you will be prepared to take responsibility for coordinating/supervising the work of others as you begin taking on more responsibility in a retail environment.
This qualification is suitable for an Australian apprenticeship pathway.
