Certificate III in Retail
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Qualifications in retail provide a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants.
Qualified individuals will be able to perform roles such as frontline sales assistant, customer services representative, shop assistant, retail supervisor, team leader and senior sales assistant.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
> Participants must be employed in a retail setting such as
speciality stores or department stores in a customer facing
role.
> Participants must have English language, literacy and
numeracy skills equivalent to Year 10 of compulsory
schooling, as a minimum.
