Certificate IV in Automotive Body Repair Technology
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification will equip students with a range of high-level technical skills and knowledge to carry out inspection work on damaged and repaired vehicles. They will develop skills to provide estimates and quotes for body repair work.
Domestic students can develop their skills through an Australian Apprenticeship arrangement. This includes a mix of on and off-the-job training that will be specified in the Training Plan associated with the Contract of Training between the employer and apprentice.
International students will have the opportunity to complete the program on campus through practical training and assessment and on-the-job placements.
Opportunity exists for 18-month post-study work visa. This makes the student job-ready.

- Completed Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent qualifications OR
- Completed Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent qualifications OR
- Completed Certificate III in Automotive Glazing Technology or equivalent qualifications OR
- Completed Certificate III in Automotive and Marine Trimming Technology or equivalent qualifications
