Develop the ability to supervise the performance of others and carry out a variety of administrative or operational tasks that require self-development skills. You will learn to apply solutions to a specific range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. This qualification will prepare you for Business Services roles where you may provide leadership and guidance to others and have some responsibility for the productivity of other staff in the workplace.
