Certificate IV in Business
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)RGIT Australia’s Certificate IV in Business course provides students with relevant skills and knowledge needed for performing administrative and entry-level business positions. Students will develop foundation skills in business operations, marketing as well as administration, while also gaining technical skills. If you are keen to start climbing the ladder to your career success, this course will help you dive head-first into the complex and dynamic world of business.
As a part of this course, you will learn about several key theories. These include implementing WHS policies, procedures and programs, risk identification and management, coordinating the implementing customer service strategies, developing and using complex spreadsheets and making dynamic presentations that your audience will remember. You will learn to apply solutions to a range of unforeseen problems by analysing and evaluating information from a variety of sources. You will also learn basic leadership skills.

Students undertaking this course must possess sound language, literacy and numeracy skills. All students are required to undertake a language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) test mapped at ACSF level 3 conducted by the Institute.
