Certificate IV in Disability
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability reflects the role of workers in a range of community settings and clients’ homes, who provide training and support in a manner that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and wellbeing. Workers promote a person-centred approach, work without direct supervision and may be required to supervise and/or coordinate a small team.
Workers will take responsibility for their outputs within defined organisation guidelines and maintain quality service delivery through the development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- Completed Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualifications OR
- Completed CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability PLUS the CHCSS00125 Entry to Certificate IV in Disability Support Skill Set.
Course fees
- QLD Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the QLD Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.
- SA Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the SA Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.
