Certificate IV in Leadership and Innovation Dementia Services
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course reflects the role of health and aged care professionals working with people living with dementia.
It focuses on the leadership skills required to implement positive change in the workplace and improve the care for people living with dementia. A key focus is on applying a person-centred care approach, the course will cover contemporary care practices that will lead to better care planning and improved client outcomes.
