Certificate IV in Mental Health
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course is offered by Enable College (RTO 4849) in collaboration with its industry partner, Bower Place.
A comprehensive week by week program including extensive knowledge and theory work, workshop sessions and practical client experience.
Delivered over 42 weeks, this course offers a blended mode of practical training working with clients, combined with digital knowledge, theory and assessments. A vocational placement component (80 hours) is also included.
The Certificate IV in Mental Health provides students with a comprehensive week by week program that includes workshop sessions and ongoing practical client experience within a real-life complex needs clinic environment.

Blended
Combine the flexibility of online learning with the support of on campus learning.
Work Placement
Complete mandatory hands-on training in a workplace setting.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Successful completion of SACE
Completed a Certificate III as defined by the Australian Qualification Framework or above
Currently working or volunteering in the human services field where your industry relevant workplace is willing to support your application to study
If employed in a relevant position in the field of human services, weekly sessions may be attended online or by completing 3 x week long block placement in the Bower(place) Complex Needs Clinic over the year or a combination of both to be negotiated at enrolment.
