Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Ever dreamed of working with animals? The Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing equips students with the skills and knowledge to pursue a career as a Veterinary Nurse.
Students will gain comprehensive training in all aspects of veterinary nursing to help them maintain the health of animals, including imaging, surgery preparation, medical and surgical nursing routines, and clinical pathology, as well as fostering positive client communication.
To achieve this qualification, participants must have completed at least 240 hours of work placement. Students must have successfully completed ACM20121 equivalent or above to enter this course.

Complete mandatory hands-on training in a workplace setting.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- Completed Certificate III (AQF Level 3) or above in an animal science discipline OR
- Completed Certificate II in Animal Studies or equivalent qualifications OR
- Evidence of relevant skills, knowledge and employment experience
