Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Our eight-day express Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety workshop has been designed as a skill building program. It’s for people who are currently working in Workplace health and safety (WHS), or who have relevant experience and are looking to gain the qualification and move into a WHS role. The program covers topics like hazard identification, risk management, incident response and working with sub-contractors.
This course will qualify you to obtain your Work Health and Safety Officer (WHSO) accreditation through Work Safe Queensland. If you want to work as a Work Health and Safety Officer (WHSO) or Safety Advisor, or just want to brush up on your work health and safety knowledge, then this course is the one for you.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Students wishing to enrol will be required to complete an eligibility document that demonstrates a minimum of 48 months working in the construction industry
