Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)All workplace safety representatives are required to obtain a certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety training. This certificate is also sometimes referred to as cert 4 OHS or WHS. This certificate is usually seen as the minimum prerequisite for anyone in a workplace safety position.
The Cert IV is a very well-respected course and can open many doors, even though it may not be as in-depth as a diploma. This course gives learners a good foundation for their knowledge of WHS compliance. Anyone in a supporting role in workplace health and safety could benefit greatly from this course.
