It’s ideal if you’re seeking career advancement within your existing employment.
You will learn about building practice, codes and structures, estimates and tendering, contract management, risk and financial management, and project planning, as well as costing systems for medium rise construction, energy efficiency and sustainability, quality control, and managing client relationships. This Diploma may also be suitable for licensed builders seeking the managerial, technical skills, and knowledge needed to upgrade to medium rise construction.
