Becoming a counsellor requires qualities such as empathy, patience, and a sincere dedication to the welfare of others.
The Diploma also provides transferable skills that will further strengthen work performance for those in human resources, education and community services. For those who want to specialise in counselling and psychotherapy, this course is also an excellent pathway to further studies.
