Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of educators in early childhood education and care who work in regulated children’s educati on and care services in Australia. Educators at this level are responsible for designing and implementing curriculum that meets the requirements of an approved learning framework and for maintaining compliance in other areas of service operations. They use specialised knowledge and analyse and apply theoretical concepts to diverse work situations. They may have responsibility for supervision of volunteers or other educators.

About Nova College
Nova College is an Australian Nationally Registered Training Organisation. Our staff have over 10 years’ experience in training and assessments. We deliver training programs for the modern workplace and provide onsite up-skill training for your staff!
Each of our students will be assigned to a dedicated Student Support Officer who will help them the up-skill towards their job outcomes. Each of our partner employers will be directly connected with the management team to form a Staff Up-Skill Plan and we will implement that Plan in consultation with the employers.
Our Job is to train students to get skills which meet and exceed the Australia Nationally Standards. Our overall service objective is to ensure we train the students all the skills they require to gain employment and career advancement.
