Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is for those who are interested in working in the early childhood services sector, or who are already working in the field and would like to advance their career by becoming responsible for planning, implementing and managing programs in early childhood services.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Hold a CHC30121 or CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Pre-training review to ensure student has the appropriate level of Language Literacy and Numeracy to achieve the competencies. Where a test result is supplied, it must be within the last 12 months
Basic computer skills
You will need to be at least 18 years old.
A satisfactory National Police Check (NPC) and where a student has resided in another country from the age of 16, as a permanent resident or citizen, they will be required to provide a Statutory Declaration
A satisfactory Working with Children’s Check
Immunisation including fully vaccinated against COVID by a TGA approved vaccine
