According to the Australian Government's Job Outlook service, the number of people working as conference and event organisers is growing strongly. This large occupation is expected to create around 29,000 job openings over the next five years.
This course will give you the specialised skills and knowledge to lead and manage people, coordinate marketing activities, manage budgets, prepare quotes, and select venues and sites. Successful completion of this course will give you the expertise required to work as a conference or venue coordinator, or an event or exhibition planner. It will also give you the foundation knowledge to pursue further studies in your field.
