During this course, designed for prospective and existing public servants, you will develop advanced leadership skills in manage performance, conflict resolution, communications and working within a policy/procedure framework. You will augment your knowledge in respect to public sector values and will learn to conduct research and analysis, and implement risk management procedures and policies.
Successful completion of this course will qualify you to work within the public service sectors in a range of positions, including supervisory positions such as the management of policy, operations, customer service, complaints, projects, risk and compliance.
