Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of highly skilled senior operators who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with managerial skills and sound knowledge of industry to coordinate hospitality operations. They operate independently, have responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Candidates must be 18 years of age or above at the time of application. Please note, SITE does not enrol overseas students under eighteen (18) years of age into our CRICOS approved courses.
SITE requires all candidates entering this course to have completed Australian Year 12 or its overseas equivalent qualification or an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Certificate III or higher qualification.
