You will learn concepts and skills as broad as business operations, conflict and diversity within a hospitality environment, human resources, sustainability, legal knowledge and service quality, preparing you to enter a management position.
The course offers a broad career pathway for the students in the hospitality sector. On graduation, you will be able to work in any hospitality industry sector including restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations,health care facilities, clubs, cruise liners, pubs, cafes, and coffee shops.

- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have successfully completed the SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management.
