Diploma of Hospitality Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification provides students with the skills and knowledge for senior hospitality management roles. The Diploma of Hospitality Management can follow on from Certificate III Commercial Cookery and Certificate IV in Kitchen Management . Students are trained by teachers with extensive management experience and expertise.
