This qualification is perfect for those interested in a career in laboratory science, and those already employed in the industry and looking to gain certification while working. Your skills will be highly transferable across a diverse range of industries such as mining, food technology and the health sector.
Learn how to retrieve data, evaluate formulae, perform scientific calculations, present and interpret information, and keep accurate records. Gain experience checking the calibration of laboratory equipment and performing routine maintenance and repairs. You'll also learn how to analyse data trends, report results, and recommend a course of action. Our highly experienced staff are still strongly embedded in the industry and will give you the one-on-one guidance you need to succeed.
Successful completion of this course will qualify you to work as a calibration officer, food laboratory technical officer or pathology laboratory technical officer.
