Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification will equip you with the skills to provide paralegal services in a law firm.
Through a blend of theory and practical coursework, you will learn how to support clients and lawyers across various areas of law, including: contract, tort, family, property, wills, and probate matters.
You will gain skills in research, taking instructions, applying legal principles, identify and interpreting compliance requirements and developing and supporting working relationships.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- At least 2 years work experience in a related field OR
- Have completed the following units (or equivalent competencies): BSBLEG314 Protect information in a legal services environment; BSBLEG423 Conduct simple legal research; and BSBLEG424 Support the drafting of complex legal documents (or equivalent competencies).
