First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Child Care First Aid course, is a popular courses for those working with children for their employment. This course encompasses all four units of competency listed above
Your Child Care First Aid certificate remains valid for three years. However, the Australian Resuscitation Council advises undertaking a CPR refresher course every 12 months.
This course covers all industries as it includes everything in the First Aid Course but has the additional HLTAID012 unit. The course covers Child care workers, Primary school teachers, Nannies, Crèche workers Office staff, Construction workers, Security guards, Lifesavers, Personal, trainers, Teachers, Doctors, Cabin crew, Hospitality workers, Retail staff, Aged care workers, Disability carers, Maintenance personnel and much more.
