Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This skill set is about recognising the literacy, numeracy, and language needs of learners and effectively integrating appropriate support strategies into the training and assessment processes. By understanding the specific foundation skill requirements embedded within vocational training, educators can tailor their approach to enhance the learning experience for all participants, particularly those with diverse or lower levels of foundational skills.
Participants in this progrm will learn how to analyse training products to identify where foundation skills are required and how to develop and implement strategies that support learners in meeting these demands. This ensures that training is inclusive and accessible, ultimately leading to improved outcomes for learners and greater success in achieving vocational competencies.
