Provide First Aid

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) HLTAID011 Provide First Aid course covers a broad range of topics to enable participants to confidently manage emergency situations and provide a first aid response to a casualty. The emergency situations can be in the home, workplace or within the community, until the arrival of medical or other assistance. Most workplaces require a specific number of people to successfully complete this qualification. Charter Care recommends, in line with Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines, that first aid skills are renewed at least every three years and CPR skills every 12 months.
