Provide responsible service of alcohol
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This unit provides the skills and knowledge required to responsibly sell or serve alcohol in Brisbane and Queensland (QLD). RSA is a requirement if you wish to work in licensed venues such as clubs, pubs, hotels, bars and restaurants.
You will learn how to sell and serve alcohol responsibly , assist customers to drink within appropriate limits, assess alcohol affected customers, identify those who must be refused sale or service and learn how to refuse sale or service to customers in a professional manner.
