Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Responsible practices must be undertaken wherever alcohol is sold, served or supplied, including where alcohol samples are served during on-site product tastings. This unit applies to any workplace where alcohol is sold, served or supplied, including all types of hospitality venues, packaged liquor outlets and wineries, breweries and distilleries.
This training will provide you with the skills to recognise and professionally deal with intoxicated customers and to enable you to become industry ready. There is a mix of active participation, practical demonstrations and completion of written questions.
