Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Team Leader Skill Set is designed for workers with existing experience or qualifications in early childhood education and care roles seeking to broaden their skills.
It has been created to support Educators, Coordinators, Managers and Directors with the necessary knowledge and skills to be more effective Mentors, Managers and Leaders.
Students will develop the essential leadership skills to effectively coach and mentor colleagues, manage and lead staff, and promote effective work practices while learning how to reflect and improve on their professional practice.
Graduates of this program will have become stronger candidates to work in varied roles across the sector as well as be sought after for new positions that require essential leadership skills.
