At Dynamite Studios Australia, we offer an intensive, two-year training program that sets the benchmark for global performance-based training, catering to aspiring triple-threat performers who seek excellence on an international stage. Nestled in the rapidly growing artistic hub of the Gold Coast, our program mirrors the comprehensive training found in major theatrical centres, with a curriculum designed to cultivate dancing, singing, and acting skills in equal measure.

Additionally, our core curriculum fosters a deep engagement with theoretical and practical aspects of the arts, developing a rich knowledge that prepares students to be the next generation of trailblazers. From weekly technique lessons in all facets of dance and musical theatre to screen acting, vocal performance, and script work, students can expect world-class training and mentorship right at their fingertips.

This prepares our students for a dynamic, diversified career that spans a lifetime and encompasses training exclusive to artists on the Gold Coast. At Dynamite Studios Australia, our Certificate III in Dance is a part-time course designed to offer students in Grades 9 and 10 the opportunity to kick-start their training in the performing arts industry. Held one full day per week throughout the Queensland school term timetable, our part-time students participate in a diverse range of theoretical and practical lessons delivered by the industry’s finest trainers and choreographers.

Designed for students who are enrolled in high school, our part-time course offers the perfect opportunity to work towards building a career in the performing arts in concurrence with their school studies. Entry is available to students who are going into Grade 9, and is delivered across two years. Students who undertake this course may contribute points from the qualification towards their QCE.

Designed for students in Grades 11 and 12, our Certificate IV part-time course is designed for (but not limited to) senior school students who wish to build on the foundation of their Certificate III studies, and prepare for an extensive career in the performing arts. Held one full day per week throughout the Queensland school term timetable, students enrolled in our Certificate IV can expect to participate in a variety of theoretical and practical lessons delivered by the industry’s finest trainers and choreographers. 

At Dynamite Studios Australia, our part-time students are exposed to a range of genres and disciplines, including ballet, jazz, audition technique, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, commercial heels, and more. Our Certificate IV qualification contributes towards a student’s QCE points, allowing them to develop their passion and expertise in the arts whilst completing their high school studies.

At Dynamite Studios Australia, we offer a unique training program for students who aspire to achieve excellence in the world of Circus and Acrobatic Arts. Driven by leading industry professionals, and on par with the training that the industry requires, our Circus Arts stream comprises an ever-evolving schedule of classes that aim to challenge, develop, and strengthen one’s skills and repertoire. Students enrolled in our Circus Arts stream can expect to grow their knowledge and skillset in the industry as a whole, across a variety of apparatus and skills within the discipline.

Our Circus Arts curriculum includes a number of technical dance classes, ensuring students are equipped with the skills and training they need to thrive as versatile artists in the Circus industry. Students have the opportunity to undertake studies in our Diploma of Professional Dance whilst enrolled in our Circus Arts stream.

The Dynamite Studios Australia Teacher Training course is perfect for aspiring dance teachers, studio owners who wish to formalise their qualifications, student teachers seeking further training, or trainers wishing to upskill their current knowledge and understanding of dance education. Our course includes a diverse range of units and areas of study, from anatomy and first aid to behaviour management, lesson planning, and marketing.

Students enrolled in our Teacher Training course are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to build a sustainable career as a dance teacher or administrator.

At Dynamite Studios Australia, our full-time Performing Arts Course, established over a decade ago, has been internationally recognised for its excellence in performing arts education. Our two-year program has been carefully designed to offer students the best chance of success in the industry, mentoring the next generation of creative artists to make their mark on the global stage. With a versatile training schedule that combines practical and theoretical classes, we prepare our students for every facet of the performing arts. Our core curriculum includes training in classical ballet, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, commercial heels, hip hop, technique, showgirl, tap, singing, acting, and musical theatre. Additionally, our curriculum includes audition technique, acrobatics, aerial, business, mindset, makeup, and a variety of workshops tailored to the individual goals and interests of our students.

We provide an on-site gym, access to a specialist physiotherapist, and regular one-on-one mentoring with our Head of Courses and Artistic Director.
